Specialized Personal Training: Prenatal and Postnatal
Working with a Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist who understands and is educated on the physiological and psychological changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum periods, will give you the confidence you need as you prepare or recover from birth.
Personal Training + Independent Training
Need a little help getting started but then happy to train on your own until you’re ready for the next challenge or goals? The Feel Good Zone is available for private rental during off-peak hours (most afternoons and evenings) and weekends. With this special package you get an hour’s session with a qualified Personal Trainer, who will put together a personalized program of exercises for you. You’re able to then train independently until you feel the need for a change of program or different challenge.
With this package, you get a 60-min Personal Training Session and FOUR 60min studio hours for independent training paying 30CHF/hour instead of 35CHF/hour. Must be booked with Personal Training Session.
