Small Group Personal Training

Small group training has some great advantages.

Advantages

  • Personal attention – with a maximum of four participants, training is sized and planned to enable us to give every participant the attention they need to complete the workout safely and to reach individual goals.
  • Planned workouts – sessions are planned taking every participant’s skill level and goals into consideration.
  • Motivation and fun – sharing a great session with like-minded individuals is the best way to keep motivation up.
  • Shared costs - with a group of four sharing, you’re basically paying for the cost of a group class per session.
