Strength and Conditioning

Improve your cardio stamina, endurance, balance, and coordination with a mixture of strength training and HIIT . No previous experience needed. A full-body workout - get ready to sweat and burn some serious calories!

Strength and Mobility

Combining strength training with mobility is one of the best ways to improve your flexibility. Both aspects enable you to move all of your joints and soft tissues through their full range of motion, and this is crucial in order to build a strong body and to avoid pain and injuries. Join Viviane for a fun and engaging class that will keep you fit for life's everyday challenges!

Postnatal Fitness:
Baby Let’s Move
(from six weeks postpartum)

This gradual class is a great and safe way to ease back into your pre-baby fitness routine while bonding with your baby.

This class follows a recovery progression and typically runs over 7-8 weeks. Current course is fully-booked. Please e-mail info@wellmama.ch to find out when the next course starts.

Functional Fitness for Mamas
Functional Fitness for Mamas:
Baby Let’s Get Strong

This medium-high intensity class is designed to get mamas feeling strong and confident and the perfect follow-up from Baby Let’s Move. A great mixture of strength training with functional equipment, low-medium cardio, and Pilates. Babies and toddlers welcome!

This class runs in terms of seven or eight classes and is limited to eight participants. Current term is fully-booked, but get in touch via email at info@wellmama.ch to register for the next term starting on 15/03/22.

Functional Fitness for Busy Parents

This class is open to women and men, so perfect for couples looking to workout together while your little one(s) play alongside you. The class is designed to help you improve your physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a challenging yet encouraging environment. It will include constantly varied and high-intensity functional movements, but these will be tailored to fit the needs of new parents restarting their fitness journey.
